ABOUT SAM

Confidence. Resilience. A Positive Way Forward.

His work is shaped by education, coaching and a belief that young people thrive when they feel understood, capable and supported.

Sam Moinet is an experienced educator, coach and wellbeing facilitator dedicated to helping young people build confidence, overcome self-doubt and create a positive direction for their future.

Sam began his journey in education as a qualified teacher, completing his PGCE. He saw bright, capable young people held back by anxiety, low confidence, fear of failure and uncertainty, which inspired him to find better ways to support young people emotionally as well as academically.

Over the past decade, Sam has trained in a range of coaching and wellbeing approaches and worked with hundreds of students aged 11–18 in international schools across Europe and beyond. His coaching is practical, supportive and empowering, helping young people build self-belief, manage stress, improve communication and develop resilience.

His qualifications include a PGCE, Academic Life Coaching Certification, Mental Health First Aid training, The Awakened Man Coaching Certification, Grief Recovery Counsellor training, Meditation Teacher training and Breathwork Facilitator training. At Mind Station, Sam creates a safe space for young people to reflect, build trust in themselves and take ownership of their choices.
